Terms of Service for Applications by SpecSoft.IO<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of all mobile applications (hereinafter “Apps”) developed and provided by SpecSoft.IO (Austria). By using our Apps, you agree to these terms.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Service Description & Disclaimer<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Apps are designed to solve everyday problems (e.g., distance calculations, travel times, etc.).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Limitation of Liability:<\/strong> To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SpecSoft.IO disclaims all liability<\/strong> for any damages whatsoever arising out of the use of the Apps. Exception: This limitation does not apply to damages caused by intentional misconduct or personal injury\/death, where liability cannot be excluded by law.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

No Guarantee:<\/strong> All results are estimates based on algorithms and third-party data. SpecSoft.IO assumes no liability<\/strong> for the correctness, completeness, or timeliness of the information provided.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Use at Your Own Risk:<\/strong> Usage is at your own risk. The Apps must not be used for safety-critical applications or any situation where 100% accurate data is required<\/strong> (e.g., professional navigation, flight planning).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In-App Purchases and Subscriptions<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Some Apps offer paid features (“Premium”).<\/p>\n\n\n\n
