Terms and Conditions for Applications by SpecSoft.IO

Scope
These Terms and Conditions govern the use of all mobile applications (hereinafter “Apps”) developed and provided by SpecSoft.IO (Austria). By using our Apps, you agree to these terms.
Service Description & Disclaimer
The Apps are designed to solve everyday problems (e.g., distance calculations, travel times, etc.).
Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SpecSoft.IO disclaims all liability for any damages whatsoever arising out of the use of the Apps. Exception: This limitation does not apply to damages caused by intentional misconduct or personal injury/death, where liability cannot be excluded by law.
No Guarantee: All results are estimates based on algorithms and third-party data. SpecSoft.IO assumes no liability for the correctness, completeness, or timeliness of the information provided.
Use at Your Own Risk: Usage is at your own risk. The Apps must not be used for safety-critical applications or any situation where 100% accurate data is required (e.g., professional navigation, flight planning).
In-App Purchases and Subscriptions
Some Apps offer paid features (“Premium”).
- Payment Processing: Purchases are processed securely via the respective App Store (Google Play Store). SpecSoft.IO does not have access to your payment details.
- Subscriptions: Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period in your App Store Account Settings.
- Cancellation: You can manage or cancel your subscription solely through the App Store settings.
Refunds and Withdrawal
Refunds and withdrawal rights are subject to the Terms of Service and Refund Policy of the Google Play Store.
Intellectual Property
The Apps and their content (code, design, graphics) are the intellectual property of SpecSoft.IO and are protected by copyright laws. Reverse engineering or redistribution is prohibited.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Austria.
